Becoming a father is one of the biggest life changes you’ll ever experience.  At the Prepared Dad Foundation we’re here to help you get ready ready for it (or as ready as you'll ever be!).

We connect with you during pregnancy to give you a head start on planning ahead.  You'll learn about labour and childbirth and how you can help out.  We'll set you up for new born care and what its really like in the first year of you baby's life.

Through online workshops and a community of other dads, you’ll build confidence and knowledge while you focus on being the best teammate with your partner.
